Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan a QR code and the card lands straight in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on their phone. There is nothing to install, no account to create, and no password to forget. Balances and rewards update in real time, so the card in their pocket is always current.
What counts as an active customer?
An active customer is someone who has enrolled in your program and holds one of your cards. The Free plan covers 200 of them at no cost. Plus and Pro remove the cap entirely, so a busy month never turns into a surprise bill.
What do the paid plans cost?
Plus is $35 per month, or $29 per month billed yearly. Pro is $71 per month, or $59 per month billed yearly. There are no setup fees and no hidden charges, and you can cancel at any time.
Can I run more than one location?
Free and Plus each cover a single location, and Pro covers three. If you run a franchise or a chain that needs more than that, the Franchise plan covers unlimited locations and team members. Contact us and we will set it up with you.
What is a VIP tier?
A VIP tier is a reward level above your standard card, so your most loyal customers get something the rest do not. Plus includes one tier. Pro lets you create as many as your program needs.
Can I message customers through their card?
Plus and Pro include unlimited push notifications, delivered to the wallet pass itself rather than through a separate app you would have to persuade anyone to install. The Free plan does not include push notifications.
How long does setup take?
Under five minutes. You answer a few questions, upload your logo, choose your colors, and your program is ready to share. There are no developers to hire, no integrations to commission, and nothing to wait for.
Will the card actually look like my brand?
Yes, on every plan including Free. You control the colors, the logo, the strip image, and the reward structure, so the card sitting in your customer's wallet reads as yours rather than ours.
